Mark Clements is the President and an Owner of ProContractor Supply. Mark has over 40+ years of experience in the Construction Supply Business having worked as a Customer Service Supervisor for a 30 million Dollar Corporation to Regional Sales to National Sales Manager.  Mark started ProContractor Supply over 23 years ago from humble beginnings in the basement of his House and has grown it to the multi-million Dollar Supply Business it is today.  None of this success would have been possible without the hard work and dedication of great Employees.  “We have successfully strived to make ProContractor Supply a valuable asset to our Customers with ever improved training, expertise, and support.”

Rob Morris

Rob Morris is the Vice President for Sales and Marketing and an Owner of ProContractor Supply. Rob has overall management responsibilities for the Company.  Along with these responsibilities Rob maintains a large group of active Customers as their Sales Representative. Rob has over 14 years of specific Concrete Construction Experience. Rob has been a growth and change Agent for ProContractor Supply by being the “tip of the spear" in leading change, customer growth and sales growth for the PCS. Rob has Native American heritage and is a member in the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. He attended Frostburg State University with studies in Justice and is a Member of the Kappa Zeta Chi Athletic Fraternity. He is also an active member of the National Pervious Concrete Paving Association and American Concrete Paving Association. He has completed several certifications and has taken on the responsibilities to actively certify contractors and consults with them on innovative mix designs for the previous concrete market from ready-mix producers. Along with this activity, Rob has taken on the responsibilities for training contractors and employees on trade techniques, materials, and equipment. His expertise includes Civil, Road, Bridge, Place and Finishing contractors, as well as other specialties. Rob adheres to the knowledge, and belief, that developing key relationships with as many customers and vendors as possible is vital to the success of PCS.

Sherry Wilson

Sherry Wilson has 30+ years of experience in our Specific Industry in Sales, Customer Service, and Operations Management. In her new responsibilities, Sherry is an Equipment & Materials Sales Specialist.  She focuses on National Accounts using her vast experience and knowledge to maximize this important sector of our business.  Sherry has worked with Norton Construction Products as Customer Service Department Head.  She has been with ProContractor Supply for 19 years.  Sherry has been a significant part of the growth and long term success of the company. 

Tim White
Tim White joined the ProContractor Supply family as a Material and Equipment Specialist (Sales Representative covering the Southeast) in 2016. His extensive sales and customer service background go all the way back to his senior year in high school when he sold newspaper subscriptions door to door for the Atlanta Journal and Constitution.  After attending Reinhardt University in North Georgia, he worked for Delta Airlines in operations as a customer service representative, crew leader, and on the aircraft reposition team. While at Delta he started a stump grinding business that eventually led him out of the airline industry. After several years, he was given the opportunity to work in the boating industry. It was during his ten years of helping people create memories on the water that another opportunity presented itself with Pro Contractor Supply. He believes that the opportunity to join this team was one not to pass up and finds great value in building lasting relationships with his customers and team. Tim also founded a nonprofit called Fair Havens Foundation in 2014 that serves families who have or are enduring life-threatening illness or loss. He is the Executive Director and Chairman of the board for this organization.  In his free time, Tim loves to fish offshore and surf inshore behind his boat all while spending time with his family.   

Travis Clements
Travis Clements is the Operations Manager for ProContractor Supply, Inc. A company that began in the basement of his family’s home. His childhood bedroom was part company office, filled with filing cabinets and diamond blades. As Travis grew older he began working summers with his dad, Mark, packing blades, counting inventory, and making deliveries. In 2013 he graduated UGA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the Terry College of Business.  In 2015 Travis began working full time at ProContractor Supply as the Director of Marketing. He turned the company’s fledgling website into a user-friendly resource where customers could search the latest the industry had to offer in finishing equipment as well as other products. In 2016, after only a year with the company, Travis was promoted to Operations Manager. Today he is responsible for all employees, several million dollars worth of inventory, and the development of new vendor and customer relationships. He has made great strides in the growth of ProContractor’s Repair Center - turning a high-cost operation into a thriving and essential part of the company’s business model.

Jackie Epp

Jackie Epp is the Customer Service Supervisor at ProContractor Supply, IncJackie joined the ProContractor team 5 years ago as an Inside Sales Representative with a background in construction material sales and customer support with some of the industry’s top distributors. Displaying an unparallel passion for customer service as well as an arsenal of product knowledge Jackie has become an essential part of the company’s consistent growth. She is the liaison between customers and both the inside and outside sales teams ensuring the lines of communication remain open and customer satisfaction remains a top priority. In 2016, she was promoted to her current supervisory position. Since then she has made incredible strides in ProContractor’s training program. She understands how training at the top level can trickle down to improve performance at the bottom level. Jackie continues to learn and grow and set new skill expectations for her employees.

Angela Cochram

Angela Cochran is the Accounting Supervisor and has been with ProContractor Supply for 5 years. Angela has a 14-year track record in office management and administrative support covering a full spectrum of duties including executive support, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Administration, Purchasing, Customer Service, Account Management, Database Administration, and Travel/Meeting coordination. Angela attended The University of Phoenix in Seattle, Washington with studies in Criminal Justice and also attended Gainesville College & State University in Oakwood, Georgia with studies in Commercial Photography. She now manages an independent photography business from home alongside her responsibilities at ProContractor Supply.

Tony Curtis

Tony Curtis joined PCS in 2018 as an Equipment and Materials specialist in our Sales Department. He has 15 plus years in construction material sales throughout the southeast, and he specializes in Masonry and concrete construction. Tony is a proven successful sales representative and he brings years of experience and knowledge to service his clients and their needs. Tony worked for his father at his concrete and masonry contracting business during summer breaks while in high school. After graduating, he joined the Army. He did his basic training at Ft. Leonardwood Missouri and Airborne training at Ft. Benning in Georgia. His first duty station was in Eschborn, Germany and he finished his career back at FT. Benning. He is a veteran of Desert Shield / Desert Storm and traveled all around the world during his 10 years of service to his country. Tony is also an avid golfer and tennis player. He is a member of ALTA and plays USTA men’s 45+.

Brian Connelly

Brian Connolly joined the ProContractor Supply team in 2011 as an Equipment & Materials Specialist (Sales). After matriculating at the University of Georgia, he began in the accounting/finance field as Controller of National Business Group in Atlanta, GA. In 2006, he decided to embrace his passion for relationship building as a Sales Associate at Concrete Pump Supply(CPS). He quickly learned the ropes of construction sales, persevering through one of the most difficult recessions in the construction industry. While at CPS, he gained most of his customer base in the Concrete Place and Finisher segment selling equipment. After joining Rob Morris’ team at Procontractor Supply, he quickly embraced the different divisions of construction projects to further his desire to solve customer obstacles. As a successful sales professional, Brian continues to bring his attention to detail in finding solutions in order for the contractor to be profitable. In his spare time, Brian is an avid fan of the University of Georgia and looks forward to spending his fall following his beloved Dawgs!

Mike Scalera joined the Pro Contractor Supply team in April 2019 as Controller. Mike is a seasoned and detail-oriented professional with over 20 years of experience overseeing a variety of financial, supply chain, and distribution operations throughout those years. Mike understands the challenges of growing companies and has been instrumental in helping them manage the growth successfully. Mike is a collaborative leader, skilled at harnessing collective team synergy, and is looking forward to the future opportunities ahead at PCS. Mike is an avid sports fan, and in his spare time, he enjoys fitness, working in his yard, and paddle boarding.

Steve Rey has been in the construction and equipment supply business since 1998. Until 2005  he was with Soffcut International in Corona, CA as the District Manager covering the Southeastern United States. His duty was to establish and manage a dealer network for the SoffCut line of concrete saws. In 2006 he moved to Husqvarna Construction Products to be the District Manager, again covering the Southeastern United States. He established and managed a dealer network for the Husqvarna Construction Line through 2018 after which he started at ProContractor Supply in 2019 to be our Key Account Manager. He now supports PCS’ Key Accounts while developing new accounts and opportunities.

Buddy Best, our Lead Mechanic, has been a strong member of the ProContractor Supply service department since its inception. Buddy has been working with concrete equipment for over 25 years with an expertise in trowel machines and concrete saws. Buddy is also certified with all major manufacturers we carry, including Multiquip, Allen, Husqvarna, Honda, Stihl, Wacker and more. He is an expert on diagnosing and repairing any hydraulic, pneumatic or diesel issue or equipment.

Jake Ball, ProContractor Supply’s Service Center Manager, has a background in the concrete industry from his early days working as a foreman for Miller and Long in Virginia. This experience and strong communication with follow-through skills make him extremely well-suited for this position. Since mid-2018 Jake has been taking the lead at our service center and is now the main point of contact for any repair issue. Jake attended the University of Colorado in Boulder, has also been trained and certified with the major manufacturers we represent and will continue to sharpen his mechanical knowledge.
